What is the ELRM franchise?
ELRM (La Route Moderne) is a company that rents public works and green space machines with or without operator. Founded in 1987 by Gérard Cherki, ELRM capitalizes today on 35 years of know-how in the public works sector, offering us a complete knowledge and mastery of the public works and green spaces sector, in order to best satisfy our customers’ expectations.
Olivier Cherki, manager since 1997, has never stopped developing the concept and optimizing the management tools with the creation of his own ELRMTP software. In a continuous improvement process, ELRM was awarded the SE+ label in 2015 (DLR label), ISO9001 (quality management) in 2021, and ISO14001 (environmental management) in 2022.
Starting from the observation that it was impossible, in the face of increasingly structured competition, to remain independent in the medium or long term, the idea of creating a network in the form of a franchise seemed obvious to him.

A DIVERSIFIED AND HIGH QUALITY RENTAL FLEET
We are specialized in the rental of public works and green space machines with or without operator. Our wide range of equipment includes Mini excavators on tracks and tires (from 0.8T to 8.5T), Excavators on tracks and tires (from 10T to 15T), Wheel loaders (from 300L to 1000L), Compact loaders on tracks, Dumpers (from 600L to 3000L), Tamdem compactors and Vibrating Monoball as well as small equipments (compressor, vibrating plate, rammer…).
